Terms of visiting
- All persons who have accepted the invitation of the organizer (OKTO LLC, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) to visit the exhibition, as well as those who have registered as visitors, are present as exhibitor representatives, or have purchased a ticket (hereinafter referred to as «Visitors»), agree to these Rules, as well as the Rules for Access to and Stay on the Grounds of the CROCUS EXPO IEC and for Attending Events Held Therein, and undertake to comply with them.
- Admission to the exhibition is permitted only to professional visitors. A professional visitor is a business owner, sole proprietor, official, director, manager, specialist, or other representative of a relevant foreign or domestic company, enterprise, government agency, association, or union, visiting the exhibition to achieve business and professional goals determined by the exhibition’s theme. To confirm a visitor’s professional status, the Exhibition Organizer reserves the right to request that they present supporting documentation: their own business card, a power of attorney, an official letter from the organization they represent, or another document certifying their professional status.
- A badge is required for entry to the exhibition. The badge is valid for the entire exhibition period.

You can print your badge after registering as a visitor on the exhibition website or obtain one at the registration desk at the entrance to the exhibition grounds in exchange for a receipt and a completed visitor form.
A ticket can be purchased at the ticket office within the exhibition complex.
Completing the visitor form is mandatory when exchanging a cash ticket or invitation for a badge. Forms are available on the tables next to the registration desk.
If you lose your badge, you can contact the registration desk for a replacement. The badge can be replaced upon presentation of the electronic ticket on your mobile device.
- Access to the exhibition halls is through turnstiles. To gain entry, the badge barcode must be placed on the reader at one of the turnstiles.
- The transfer or sale of visitor badges to any third party is prohibited. The Exhibition Organizer reserves the right to verify that the name on the badge matches the name of the visitor. To do so, the Organizer may request that the visitor present an identification document.
- Visitors are not permitted to engage in trade, distribute any advertising or informational materials, hold presentations, demonstrations, campaigns, or any other similar events or actions within the Exhibition premises without the written consent of the Organizer.
- Visitors are prohibited from being within the Exhibition premises in a condition or appearance inconsistent with the business nature of the Exhibition and generally accepted standards of behavior, as well as from committing actions that violate public order, regulations, and orders of state authorities or municipal authorities of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation in effect at the venue and during the Exhibition.
- Visitors voluntarily consent to participation in photography and video filming during event hours. They also grant full rights to use photos and videos containing their image for publication on the Organizer’s event pages online.
- By registering, the Visitor agrees that anonymized data (the legal entity, employer, and registered position) may be used by the Organizer at its sole discretion for informational, analytical, and marketing purposes, including sharing with exhibition participants and the Organizer’s partners.
- In the event of a violation of these Rules, the Organizer reserves the right to deny the offender access to the exhibition without compensation or require such person to leave the premises.
- According to Crocus Expo IEC regulations, vehicles displaying corporate logos and/or company contact information are not permitted in the parking lot. If such vehicles are found in the parking lot during the exhibition setup or during the exhibition, the company will be fined.
