The «Smart Service» group of companies known in the market under the brand UMSERV, is a Russian integrator in the field of industrial automation, robotics and digitalization of business processes. Founded in 2013 by Andrey Derkach and Dmitry Samonov the company started with maintenance of labelling equipment and auto-id (automatic identification) systems and has grown into a full-cycle integrator.
In 2022 the Company strengthened its position when Western vendors have left the Russian market. The group of companies includes: «Smart Service», «SS-retail» and «Smart Software». Umserv cooperates with federal retailers, automate warehouse and industrial shop processes. The company is included in the Registry of accredited IT companies of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.
