Flagship Products: From Mobile Platforms to AI-Powered Manipulators
Yandex Robotics will showcase its solutions at CeMAT RUSSIA 2026.
Yandex Robotics portfolio covers two key areas: mobile (AMR and FMR) and collaborative robotics. All developments are integrated through their proprietary Yandex Robot Management System (RMS) software platform—essentially an "industrial smart home" for the warehouse, enabling unified management of diverse robot types within a single environment.
Collaborative robotics with AI:
· Depalletizing Robot: An intelligent manipulator equipped with a computer vision system. It is designed to automatically break down incoming pallets of boxes of varying sizes, shapes, and weights. The robot carefully removes the goods and places them onto a conveyor. For the reverse operation—palletizing—it can stack boxes into a load, optimizing space usage like a game of "3D Tetris."
· Pick-and-Place Robot with Two-Finger Gripper: A unique development for handling small and fragile objects—from office supplies to construction fasteners. The neural network controlling the "arm" is trained on a vast array of data, allowing it to recognize items even without precise information about their shape and weight, and to select the optimal gripping force.
· Mobile Piece-Picking Robot: A prototype unveiled in 2025 that combines a mobile platform with a manipulator featuring a vacuum gripper. The robot autonomously navigates the warehouse, locates the required boxes, and assembles them onto a pallet for shipment, taking on up to 50% of order assembly operations. Initial pilot projects involving this innovation are scheduled at major warehouse complexes in 2026.
Yandex Robotics technologies are already operational at facilities belonging to leading market players, proving their effectiveness in real-world business processes: X5 Group (Perekrestok), Azbuka Vkusa, Lemana Pro, Yandex Lavka, STA Cargo, and others.
A significant event in 2025 was the signing of a strategic agreement with domestic manufacturer Valday Robots, also an exhibitor at CeMAT RUSSIA. The partnership aims to integrate solutions and the RMS management system with the Valday Robots product line.
In addition to traditional equipment sales, Yandex Robotics is actively developing a subscription model (Robotics-as-a-Service, RaaS). This allows clients to avoid large capital expenditures, quickly launch robotization processes, and scale up as needed.
