CeMAT RUSSIA 2025: Premier Solutions for Warehouse and Production Logistics

From September 16 to 18, 2025, Crocus Expo IEC in Moscow will host the 15th International exhibition for materials handling, warehousing equipment and logistics, CeMAT RUSSIA.

 
On the eve of the anniversary event, Robert Bakirov, General Director of ОКТО LLC., noted that over 15 years, CeMAT RUSSIA has evolved from an exhibition focused on warehouse management specialists into the largest and most significant intralogistics trade fair in Russia – a platform for showcasing innovative solutions, professional dialogue with market experts, and exploring the latest trends in comprehensive automation and robotics for both warehouse and industrial logistics.

 
CeMAT RUSSIA 2025 will feature 230 companies from Russia, Belarus, China, India, Turkey, and South Korea, occupying 20,000 m² across four halls of Pavilion 1 at Crocus Expo IEC.
Manufacturers and distributors will present over 400 units of equipment in live operation – including components, various types of conveyor systems, logistics robots and shuttles, cleaning equipment, transport packaging solutions, software for warehouse automation and production processes, modern racking systems, and much more. 70 companies, including MONOLIT LLC, Era of Technologies LLC, Valday Roboty LLC, Xugong Ru (XCMG brand), LGMG, FIMAKO (LMR Plast LLC), Volga Polymer Plant, and others, will participate for the first time.

Over the three days of the exhibition, visitors to CeMAT RUSSIA can explore the latest developments from foreign and Russian manufacturers. Participants include companies such as COMITAS, SSI Solutions, JAC, Yandex Robotics, Automacon, Fructonad, Newest Technologies of Logistics Storage, Smart Service, ASIA MH, STELKON, MEFERI, HITO Robotic, RONAVI, AWS Group, Nissa Engineering, Dikom, ROBBOX, KENGIC, Avanti Group, Amethyst Logistics, Sealed Air, Scamatic, RackFork, AXELOT, and many others.
CeMAT RUSSIA remains highly popular among Chinese exhibitors. 46 manufacturers, including Kengic, DELIECN, Royal Forklift, Zowell, and Qslift, will present modern logistics equipment and solutions at their booths this year.

A special emphasis at CeMAT RUSSIA 2025 will once again be on developments in robotics; robotic systems will be showcased at nearly every booth. CeMAT RUSSIA continues to be the primary platform for the development and promotion of Russian logistics and supply chain management solutions: software, equipment, and robotic technology. For the second time, the exhibition will be held with the support and participation of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade. Domestic manufacturers of warehouse equipment will present their products at the ministry's booth: Nevyansky engineering works, Medved, Cheboksary Power System Works Ltd, Promobot. Furthermore, visitors and exhibitors will have the opportunity to learn about a range of available government support mechanisms aimed at both organizing the production of equipment and components and stimulating demand for products from Russian machinery manufacturers.

    
The exhibition's conference program comprises 45 events of various formats and scales, featuring specialists with exclusive market expertise. This year's speakers include professionals whose presentations are rarely heard on other platforms – representatives from AVITO Spetstekhnika, Yandex Robotics, Cluster "Creonomyca", KUKA, the Consortium of Robotics and Intelligent Control Systems, NOVO BI, the Sodruzhestvo Proizvodstvennikov TSEKH, PROMPOWER, the RUSBAT Association, and others.
Discussion partners and expert sessions will feature industry leaders, including representatives from EME, Ronavi Robotics, Scamatic, COMITAS, SSI Solutions, Amethyst Logistics, LSConsulting, DIPOL, Korus Consulting, MOLKOM, and others.

On September 17 (Wednesday), the exhibition will host the inaugural "WIN RUSSIA: Smart Manufacturing" conference, focusing on the automation and robotization of processes at the intersection of production and logistics. The event is tailored for suppliers and customers of automated equipment and technological solutions for manufacturing. The conference agenda includes several sessions: a Trend Session "Robotics Market Landscape in Russia and EAEU Countries. Growth Points and Support Measures. Effective Integrations"; a Case Session: "Automation and Robotization at the Nexus of Production, Logistics, and Warehouse: Case Studies from Manufacturers"; a Thematic Session: "Smart Software: Building an Enterprise Management Ecosystem"; and a Discussion Club: "Smart Software: AI vs. Human in Supply Chains: Who Will Remain?". Additionally, visitors can look forward to two engaging podcasts: the first with Stanislav Frolov (REHAU), the second with Mikhail Platonov (PepsiCo). The WIN RUSSIA conference will be held with the support and participation of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The popular "Solutions Gallery" project invites visitors and exhibitors on September 16 and 17 to a series of 30-minute presentations on the best products and solutions featured at the exhibition. Also, exhibitors will share their implemented projects and perspectives on challenges "from both the supplier and customer sides" during short Case Sessions.
On September 17 (Wednesday), CeMAT RUSSIA will host the national final of the StaplerCup 2025 warehouse equipment operators' competition, organized by RackFork. Based on the results of qualifying tournaments and the national ranking, 60 top operators – winners of 6 regional qualifying tournaments and leaders of the national ranking – will compete in the Final.
On the final day of CeMAT RUSSIA, September 18 (Thursday), the intellectual tournament   "Watch out, Warehouse! Retail vs Production" will be held for the second time – a business game for professionals in warehouse logistics and supply chain management. The general partner of the tournament is "Jungheinrich Lift Truck & Warehouse Equipment". In each round, in an open format and a friendly atmosphere, 6 teams will seek solutions to complex practical challenges in the field of warehouse logistics. Participating teams this year include: X5 "Pyaterochka", STD "Petrovich", OZON, Sberlogistika, CDEK Global, Snezhnaya Koroleva, Delovye Linii, Mariya Mebel, and others.
