While planning your participation in CeMAT RUSSIA trade show please pay attention to procedure of exhibition cargo delivery to Crocus Expo venue which is subject to custom clearance.

Attention
Orders for loading and unloading services received less than 14 days before the start of exhibition setup are subject to surcharges. Storage of packaging at the stand is not allowed according to fire safety regulations.
Hand luggage weighing no more than 20 kg, with dimensions no more than 60x60x60 cm, or with a total of measurements no more than 180 cm is allowed through the entrance groups. Items that are not hand luggage can only be brought in by vehicle through the loading/unloading zone.
